Comments:

The less active side of the Sun is towards us, 
and X-rays were below B4-level for most of the 
hour. Normally the upper bands are so busy that 
I do not get down to 7 MHz during the 1300Z 
session, but now there was only Dani EA5M on 
21 MHz. At mid-hour the W5-area peaked up 
nicely on 14 MHz and there were no blankets 
shielding the 2000 km range Southward as 
usual during the higher solar flux. Also 
Britain was strong celebrating with GQ: 
'God save the Queen' Congratulations!
