Comments:

Both bands were very bad in beginning with very weak signal levels.  But few
minutes in 20 just came alive and everybody was suddenly loud, like someone
turned switch.  15 on the other hand was MIA whole time and I went to 20 to SO2V
with both radios already in about halfway point which is very early.  Tnx for Qs
