Comments:

Stormy to unsettled geo condx coupled with static noise throughout the contest
spoiled all the fun and removed any hope to obliterate the current SOAB-LP EU
record as well my own score from year 2015 which is 60K below it.

I'm short of 400/500 Qs compared to the other times I entered SOAB-LP in WPX
CW.
Undoubtedly CQ Inc. "embargo" over Russia/Belarus stations deeply
contributed to it.
Looking at my previous SOAB-LP WPX CW logs I find about 350 Qs with UA/EU and
200 Qs with UR.
Unfortunately there was no way to overcompensate this missing quota due the lack
of EU short skip (Es like) on 10/15m.
Anyhow participation seemed down in NA/AS too: lots of S9/9+ sigs on 10/15m on
Sunday but low rates.
