Comments:

Tried to use the WSJT-X built-in contesting feature.  Was warned that WW was not
the right contesting choice; that NA VHF was better.  Turned on the GENERAL
SETTING that colors previously worked stations just to find out it kills the
contesting mode.  At the end of the contest I filled in blanks to generate the
Cabrillo header, but had to go back and compare that header with a good one
generated by N1MM.  Then the really bad news - WSJT-X does not score this
contest at all.  Created a quick Java SE program that converts 4-character
Maidenhead to Lat/Lon, computes Great Circle distance in KM and then produces
the score for each contact.  I should have use N1MM as a wrapper.
