Comments:

Shake down test from mobile whip at 15W.  Testing N1MM.  WinKeyer USB with N1MM
failed, more work needed.  Tough at 15W!  Heard stations from across the
country, just couldn't get their attention.  Fun.  Will return.  Nada on 40m.
