Club: San Diego Contest Club

Comments:

Just used Field Day to test new location for future operations
and test relocated tower trailer and antennas. Didn't get started til 6 hours
after start of Field day and only put in 10 hours total using 4 hours of the 10
to train new operator KN6NBT how to operate future contests and get familiar
with a contest logging program. Found no activity on 10 mtr band, very poor
proagation on 15 mtr band. mainly operated 20 SSB and 40 CW. A short excursion
to 80 mtr band found very noisy QRN from static clashes. N6KI
