Comments:

I won't disclose how long ago was my first Field Day, operating in a high
elevation forested county park in torrential rain due to a hurricane coming up
the East coast.  It was certainly a lot of fun, an experience I remember
vividly.  In 2A we probably made 400 QSOs!  FD is certainly a great event
evidenced by the excellent participation.

40 and 80m were pretty noisy here Saturday night which was fatiguing. As a
consequence I took too many breaks.  Except for issues switching in a Beverage
antenna everything seemed to work--maybe there is a lot to be said for LP! 
Hopefully next year we'll return to the field (no hurricanes please).
