Comments:

So all of a sudden, I have this S9 noise level on all bands. So I try using
WEBsdr for receiver. I had to find one where I could hear myself so I could make
sure I was more-or-less zero beat. So I got started 20 m late. Another trick is
that the signal is maybe a half second delayed. So I had to start sending before
the op stopped sending for the ones that just listen a second and send CQ again.
