Comments:

The stations not sending their call has gotten ridiculous.  For example, their
was a ZP6 station on 10M who was running a pile-up who did not give their call
for over 17 minutes despite requests to do so.  Certainly a violation of
regulations.  "QRZ" is not a substitute for a call sign.

The other issue is excessive bandwidth of SSB signals.  Some of the SSB signals
were 9 or 10KHz wide which covers up other stations.  I think we need a way to
control this poor operation.  Perhaps publish a list of best station signals and
poorest quality signals.
