Comments:

Almost forgot about this one.  Very interesting one from my perspective.  Was on
20M running when a VERY strong CT1 starts a rag chew on my freq with Jim KF9VV
nearby.  Well I QSY'd and did a bit of S&P looking for a freq.  Found one
and begin run.  Then a VERY strong HB9 comes on freq and is in QSO with ???  So
went S&P again. Went to 40 at 2038Z.  High amount of static there
intermittently for minutes at a time.
