Comments:

It seemed a lot of the world sat this one out, so countries and QSOs fell well
short of goals.  Individual choices are good.  I chose to operate because I
remember the fun of working over the pole during the Cold War and sharing our FB
hobby with those under other governments.  

Very nice to have had some real sunspots and quiet conditions to make the
Russians a lot closer to Texas, at least until the aurora pushed them away
again.  15 and 20 were very interesting, but after dark on 160-80-40 was the
pits.  Summer noise is beginning to return as well, so mostly played the
assisted game while CQing with few answers.  Terrific moments of great
propagation - especially in the morning on 15m.
