Club: Arizona Outlaws Contest Club

Comments:

Unusual high noise level and ever changing upper band propagation. Similar to 6
meter spot propagation.  One minute I was working EU next CA.  However I enjoyed
the challenge. 
Remote station performance compromised due to high wind damage to tower base and
antennas. Repairs are planned for summer with additional antenna upgrades.
