Comments:

I had a blast - especially at the end, when condx improved dramatically.  The
contest started well but after about the first hour, things slowed down
dramatically.  QSB was severe on all bands and 10m was a complete nothing.  I
probably lost more than 10% of my contacts, unable to hear their exchange.  Even
15m was a big disappointment.  The culprit appears to be a couple longer-acting
solar flares, even though they were only C-class in magnitude.  

This was the first running of the CPQP and it was very rewarding to see so much
participation from in-state/province and out.  See everyone again next year!
