Comments:

Awful conditions again for the 1900Z session. For most of the period, 20 meters
was the only band with any activity at all. As in the 1300Z session, many of the
normally strong stations were in the noise. During the last 10 minutes 40 had a
little bit of action. Hope conditions are better next week.
