Comments:

Fell short again of the 100 QSO S&P goal, but still reasonably close. Maybe
next week I'll make it happen. Lots of activity and most signals were good on 20
and 40 meters. 15 meter signals were OK, but not real loud. The low dipole
probably has a lot to do with that. See everyone at 0300Z.
