Comments:

I never seem to be able to run as fast on 15 as on 20 & 40, even 80, but it
is worth trying to see if I can get someone new on that band. According to RBN
the signal was getting out but weak into Europe. Even on 20 only 1 QSO.

I tried sending with no cut numbers this afternoon. It seemed to cut down on
calling stations clobbering the other station coming back (I figure because my
CWOps number ends in 0 and my call ends in T), but in S&P several send TU
before I finished sending the number - so a two way street. I think I'll go back
to cut :-)

I'll be on the 0300Z tonight for 20 minutes or so.
