Comments:

This was a part time effort since we had a family get together. I wasn't even
planning to spend time on it, but once I got in the chair I got hooked. I didn't
start until after 15:00 GMT. Conditions weren't great but I did manage to be
around for part of the 10m opening.

Since I got back on the air after the restoration of power on our cottage road
after the tornado hit in May, I have very high noise floor (S7) on 15m which
makes the band almost unusable. I'll have to chase down the source in the
spring.

The highlight for me in this contest was getting a call from an HS0 station on
20m just after noon for zone 49.

This is a fun contest with lots of activity. I hope to do a fulltime effort next
year.
