Comments:
Another annual festival of qsos at N6RO to compliment our local thanksgiving
holiday in the US. Score was up 1m... interestingly qso count down but way
better on mults. we have been bopping around 6 million for hte last couple
years, so fb.
heres how it went.
10m- K3EST primary with help from WU6P. Bob bulldozed through a semi ok 10m
band, and managed 31 zones.. a good sign of things to come.
15m N6WM - 15m was fantastic with some great runs into EU and Asia.. and some
really great dx. high fives to me! ;-)
20m. VA7RR typical west coast condx maybe a bit down from prior.. was tough
work but started picking up on Sunday with a decent run.
40m WX5S/WD6T- these gents pulled off a very fine business effort, working some
mults right at the last minute of the band. high fives to the 40 team.
80m WU6P - says 80m normal or a little better than last year. mult chasing paid
off. sat night was a bust. very low rate. so we got 1 good night.
160: Ken says band was dissapointing as it has been all season. unable to copy
several Carrib stations either night, but a highlight was getting called by a CE
and CX and P4 during cq evolution to try and get a VK. JA was borderline.
overall we had a great time.
Thanks as allways for the qsos. thanks to Ken for hosing and spagetti. now cant
wait for next year!
