Comments:

Ten metres was in only moderately good condition this weekend. The band did not
open until well after sunrise, and closed quite quickly after sunset.  I missed
what should have been easy mulipliers in OX, GI, OH0, ES and YL because paths to
northern locations were poor.  The big positive surprise was a Long Path QSO
with JS6TSE at 1308 GMT on the second day of the contest.
