Comments:

Couple of days before contest spent time with HF signal propagation forecast
tool based on HAMCAP(VOACAP). Target was to have local forecast with Wintest API
integration. After the contest must say big thanks to HAMCAP creator Alex
VE3NEA. Its working great :-)
