Comments:

This was my first time in this contest, and I had a lot of fun! Operated from
Kawaihae, Big Island, with a KX2. New antenna (endfed) on 40ft mast, away from
solar inverters (well, more away than previous antenna attempts). Limited
operating time due to work constraints and other constraints. I was active the
last day, from 6Z to about 8Z, and again during the last 6 hours of the contest
(with lots of breaks in between to play pinball and do some work things).

This was also my first time to use N1MM - not connected to my radio (yet), but
quite handy for the logging part. I was entirely search and pounce, and used
reversebeacon.net (using KH6LC as the spotter) to get an idea of what I could
hear. Worked out pretty well, I got some exotic (for me) contacts that way. I
had a lot better luck pouncing on stations that weren't yet spotted, that was
fun :)

I didn't have a whole lot of luck until near the end, but got a number of
contacts with new countries and states! woot!

Thanks for the Qs and 72 :)
