Comments:

Line noise problems to the NE and S intermittently dampened my enthusiasm
somewhat then in hour 2 both primary fuses blew in main amp.  Replaced them and
amp was fine from then on.  You can't let little things like that stop you from
the best CW contest.  160 and 80 were not good here compared to last year and
the op really mismanaged timing of 10 meters badly.  Also op mismanaged sleep
time (not enough) and it showed on Sunday-sorry for all the repeats.  Too many
stations to work make that a hard decision.

Very few bad signals noticed which is great! Nice to hear so many URs active
again.  

Congrats to the top stations from both U.S. coasts.
