Comments:

Propagation was so-so in the first session, but improved for the second session.
 Participation seemed to be decidedly down from last year.  I think that part of
that had to do with the marginal propagation in the first session (at least from
Northern California), and part was due to the fact that there was very little
advance publicity.  Too bad, because the distance based rules of this contest
tend to level the playing field better than in most contests.  73, Ed AJ6V
