Comments:

20m was really raggedy sounding, like intermod of some sort. I could hardly make
out medium strength callsigns. The sound was very grating, giving signals a
raspy sound, while down in the noise you could hear what sounded like very
garbled voices.
Maybe letting the radio sleep a few minutes might help it.
