Comments:

Made a few station changes in the week leading up to ILQP, including putting in
line a new TGXL which made band changes a breeze. Also made switching between CW
and SSB on 80 painless.

My contest dashboard showed that for each hour I had a healthy q rate, typically
above 70/hr. I didn't feel bored a lot as there was seemingly always something
to work. The first hour was fun dual CQ'ing on 40 and 20. Wished the high bands
here were better. I did spend about 10 minutes calling CQ on 10 and got some
pretty strong west coast stations. Conditions were there, maybe I just couldn't
hear them.

The one station improvement I didn't get done probably cost me the most qsos...
Building a homebrew end-fed with a 5KW Balun Designs 9:1 ... The switching stuff
from GHE is here, switches mounted, jumpers jumped... but waiting on the balun.
