Comments:

Not sure my old SAL-30 receiving array is "right" but it sure is
better than the TX antenna. Lots of fun. Some great sigs and some/many very
tough to dredge outta the noise. No EU at all heard. One HUGE nice surprise was
VK6VZ who came through surprisingly well. WOW. Another VK6 tried over and over
but just could not get his call. Other than that, only neighboring DX into the
Caribbean and northern South America. 

Alternated between tuning/S&Ping and CQing. This is a tough test of both
hearing and being heard at times. Thanks for the LF action.

Tower-fed vertical with two half-wave radials and an SAL-30 about 300 yards away
down by a creek. 900-ish Watts... K3 and old Alpha 87A.
