Comments:

That was one of the strangest 1900z CWTs... 15 was fine, but I could not hold a
frequency on 20.  With only 3 calls in the first 10 minutes, I switched to
S&P there, which was ok for a while.  Tried a few more times to find a
frequency but there were lots of EUs that were weak here. Finally got pushed up
to 14.042 and managed to start running about a half hour into it. 15 kept
producing, with a fair number of EUs calling, but weak and hard to copy.  Lots
of weak guys on 20 too.
