Comments:

Great rates at the beginning on 40 which petered out at the half way mark. Made
some fast progress on 20 but resorted to S&P near end as few callers around.
Thanks for the calls. It was interesting that the first 10 calls on 20 I'd
worked on 40, while the next 10 were all new.
