Comments:

This is the 2nd year in a row with almost no mobile activity, quite a long list
of plaques for mobiles, but still little interest! The time period for this test
is ridiculously long for a party without several active mobiles. I refuse to
waste my time working 2-8 stations per hour. By the end of the 2nd hour 20M SSB
activity was decreasing as casual MO stations were left with little to work.
