Comments:

Conditions were substantially better than for the 1300Z session, but still
pretty poor. The folks with good antennas were definitely giving out much higher
numbers, which goes to show that a low dipole isn't the hot setup for poor
conditions. Worked a couple of EU stations on 20 meters with decent signals, but
most of the regulars were pretty weak here. Hope conditions improve next week.
