Comments:

The 1900Z session was even more awful than the 1300Z session. Conditions on both
40 and 20 meters were even worse, and there were few signals to be heard on
either band. I was unable to get any kind of run going, and most of the stations
I called were very weak. I usually got clobbered by stations they were working
that I couldn't even hear. Probably goes to show that a low dipole isn't the hot
setup for 20 when conditions are bad. Sure hope things get better for next week.
