Comments:

This is by far the worst state QSO party of the year.  It needs to be kicked out
of the State QSO Party Challenge.   It can be so easily fixed:
1.  Pick some other weekend than WAE CW.   All the MD CW contesters are in that
contest!
2.  Get rid of the stupid classes in the exchange.

Thanks to NS3X for getting on CW, and the move to 15.  N3QE was interesting.  He
was doing MDQP for domestic, and WAE exchange for Europe.

Please, please, fix this contest.  It has the potential to be fun.
