Comments:

Limited time to participate. Have been so busy 
with medical assistance, that I have not posted 
this week's CWT-summaries yet.  

USA East Coast coming in, but weakening sharply 
after 2040Z. C3.7 flare peaking just before SST 
for the daylight zone. Otherwise below C-level 
background X-rays. More RBN-flags from the Far 
East than from the USA.
