K3 / OptiBeam

All run facing EU.  Nice conditions 40 Q's in the first 20 minutes then trailed
off a bit.  Surprise call-ins were BA1, E2, VK^, and Willy UA9 plus only 11 US
stations.  Need more transplants from 20m and 40m.
