Comments:

Worked Friday and Saturday from my home station on the California coast. Great
openings across the Pacific, but with a mountain to my north and east, and a
high noise level in our town, I didn't make many US contacts. The skip zones on
10m were also very obvious; I worked a stripe down the middle of the US and
Canada, plus the Northeast, but nothing west of the Rockies (besides a nearby
ground wave contact). Most distant contact was Australia, but "rarest"
was Hong Kong.
