Comments:

I operated portable from Sandy Creek Covered Bridge State Historical Site, MO.
All contacts were by search & pounce.  The radio is an Icom IC-705.  The
antenna is a full size diamond shaped loop resonant at 15.75 MHz.  The
feed-point was 2 feet above the ground, and a top height of 32 feet.  The
antenna tuner is the LDG RT-100. The conditions on Saturday were pretty good. 
Propagation was primarily the western USA.
