Comments:

Conditions to JA/NA on all low bands seemed better than last week.
Glad to meet some new Ws on 40m tonight, and thanks to the regular W/K/Ns
for the contacts. 
Called CQs for NA on 20m 10 mins before the end just in case, but no calls 
as expected.
Propagations on 160m much better than last week.
As always, I apologize to those JA/DX callers I could not pull out.
