Sorry to those I just couldnt pull up.
I live WAY out in the country in upstate NY
and its usually very radio quiet...But for
some reason this morning I have an S9 background
noise on 40 just killing my. Maybe cuz it 15 degrees, and 
blowing snow at 30 MPH??
