Comments:

M/Q = 0.77.  Every band was equally terrible here.  15 m  was an ocean of west
coast, none of which could hear me.  20 m was weak and watery.  40 m was east
working west over my head, neither could hear me.  80 m was noisy and weak.  160
m didn't have enough stations.  I missed OH on 20 m and 40 m.
