Comments:

This was my first semi-serious effort at QRP contesting. I may be hooked! I had
more fun with my 4.9w peashooter than overpowering people with 1.5 KW.VK, JA,
9K2, UA9 with qrp, wow this is fun.I was  amazed at my ability to run, I felt
loud,,had a 115 hour. I was able to work a lot of S&P guys on the first
call. I set a goal of 500 Q's, got a late start due to a family dinner party,
but had the goal by lunch time. Reset to 1000, had this by Sunday lunch, Cruised
through the afternoon, came up for a drink and dinner with Ruth and finished of
the last half hour with 6 mults. If I had pushed I probably could have had a
pretty good score, but at age 82 my iron man days are over.
