Comments:

Participated using CW and SSB modes but just could not bring myself to modify
WSJT-X for this contest to run FT8. It's too complicated, too many
incomprehensible little boxes to check and forget later why I checked them.
Besides, it's not nearly so pleasant as contacting human beings, e.g. fellow
PVRC members.

Thanks to the resolute mobile ops for activating all those not-so-active
counties. Even so, all I could find to toss in my bag were 26 of the 46
counties.
