Comments:

I'm not exactly sure what was wrong with the bands tonight, but it was a slog. 
40 meters was in particularly poor shape from here, in contrast to 1300 which
was delightful.  Many quiet signals (including mine), many repeats.  Thanks to
the many patient ops out there.

Rig: IC-7300, 90-ish watts on 40m, 15-ish watts on 80m
Ant: 40m doublet up 1/5 wavelength
