Condx were good during the afternoon on 10/15

Evening K Index jumped to 5 and 40M was weak. I usually have my ATT at -18 for
40 but needed it at -6 to still hear weak sigs. Dropped down to 160M and condx
were better. Came back to 40 for last hour and band was improving.
