Comments:

IC 7300, 100W, OCF. Spent the search and pouncing part with the attenuator on
because the local noise is so bad. The MFJ-1026 was useless today.

Went up 40m and worked the people I could hear, then went to 80m and only heard
one person. Called CQ for a while and worked a few more but had to ask for a lot
of repeats because I couldn't hear well over the noise. Threw in the towel.
