Comments:

It was same set up as the last few years but QSO count was down by 50 % compared
to 2021/2022. NA seemed to be especially difficult this year. Only 10 x W &
1 x VE in the log this year.
 
Only 10 QSO's were made within a 5.500 miles radius. Looking at the map there is
a lot of water around us. It's 4500 miles from here to KH6 and this leaves us
still within Oceania and a 5-pointer. That's about the same distance as from
Washington DC to Hawaii. From our place VK6 is 900 miles further away than NYC
is from LA.

I could hear much more than reach. The noise floor is likely much higher at the
other end. But there were some nice surprises as well. Worked 2 x 3W which
doesn't come along every day and HB0DX was a nice one too. NP2ZA was an
unfamiliar call and hard work to dig out.
