Comments:

Fun contest, lots of activity and band conditions were pretty good as well. 
Ended up with about 60% increase from my previous high score from 2015.  It will
be tough for me to beat next year.  Worked 57 WTRC stations and 91 DXCC
entities.  One strange thing was 2 HQ stations from neighboring South America
countries giving the same HQ designation. OA4O & ZP5AA both sent RCP.  I
verified it several times.
