Comments:

The logging seems messed up.  When I used IARU I could enter QSOs until I can
upon a WRTC call, I44C.  I switched to WRTC contest log and all OK, except my
submitted score was quite different from the N1MM score.  Also, when I uploaded
to LOTW the 84 HQ QSOs all converted to CQ zone.

The HQ stations were often the only ones coming through, then eventually the
next layer.  The I4# stations were generally 539.  I did not work many WRTC
guys.  Very few JAs in the log.  Africa did not exist!

This is a CW low power entry.  3830 gives the message that SSB QSOs is blank.
