Comments:

Late start. This time it was an European feast 
on 14 MHz with the only audible/workable USA 
signal from Rich K1DJ. Got RBN-flags from all 
continents except OC. 

There was a M4.1-flare at 1600Z and a C6-flare 
commencing at the end of SST. Also there is a 
Proton Event, but below alarm levels, probably 
geo-effective above 67 geomagnetic North.
