Comments:

Started late. At 2048Z I heard a station Tim MD just 
above 14.034 ... most likely N3QE, disappeared after 
aa bit of QRQ... My CQ's produced only RBN-spots from 
W1NT-6 and JN1ILK.

I was surprised to find the X2-flare on the SWPC-plot
peaking at 1752Z. ARRL DX SSB may get these surprises. 
Last year Aurora was so heavy that I got only a few 
dozen stations on 14/21 during the whole 48 hours...
