This was another WQ6X ad-HOC Stew Perry GiG from the SF East Bay area.
Adding an MFJ-993B IntelliTuner made it easier to match the 8JK-phased
Cobra slopers, but in fact, in the receive vortex in Concord, I heard
very few stations.  Nevertheless, at least I can say that I wuz there.
